You can easily access the receipt document for the Turkish Lira (TRY) transfers you have made to your Arbitex account through the channels of the bank where you performed the transaction.
You can follow the steps below to obtain the official document of your transfer:
Via Mobile Banking: Log into the mobile application of the bank from which you carried out the transfer. Find the remittance you made to Arbitex from the "Account Movements/Transactions" section. After clicking on the transaction details, you can save your document by using the "View Receipt" and then "Share / Download as PDF" buttons located on the screen.
Via Internet Banking: By logging into the individual internet banking branch of your bank, you can select the relevant transaction from the account movements menu again and download the printout of your receipt in PDF format to your computer.
