In order to trade on the Arbitex platform and increase your account limits, you must complete the identity verification processes. Verification procedures consist of 3 different levels:
Level 1
Go to the Account > Account Verification menu and complete the following steps:
Contact Information: Verify the missing E-mail Address and Phone Number definitions.
Identity Verification: Upload the front and back photos of either a New Type Identity Card or an Old Turkish Identity Card to the system.
NFC: If your device supports it on the mobile application, complete your Level 1 approval by scanning your identity card on your phone.
Level 2
After Level 1 approval, you can initiate the steps through the same menu:
Address Verification: Upload an up-to-date, barcoded, and QR-coded Certificate of Residence (İkametgah) obtained through e-Government (e-Devlet).
Video Call: After your address document is approved, complete the Level 2 approval process by conducting a short video call through the system.
Level 3
If you wish to increase your daily transfer limits even further, you can contact our support team by following the guidance on the Account Verification screen and submit a Level 3 approval request.
