How to Perform Individual Verification?

Individual verification of your Arbitex account consists of 2 levels. The first level ID card verification, and the second level includes address and customer identification form. To complete your verification process;

Level 1

Follow the steps Account > Account Verification.

If you created your account by phone number, verify your e-mail address; if you created your account by e-mail, verify your phone number in the verification field.

Then, in the Identity Verification step, take a photo of the relevant documents using one of the "New Type Identity Card, Turkish Passport or Old Type Identity Card" documents.

After uploading your document, in the last step, you can complete your transaction after uploading a photo of your face and document to the system.

If you are doing your transaction from the mobile application and your phone supports NFC, you can complete the last step by scanning your ID on the phone.

Level 2

Follow the steps Account > Account Verification. You can verify your address with your residence document.

You should make sure that your residence document is obtained through e-government, has a barcode and QR code, is within the validity date and is in your name.

Otherwise, your Level 2 verification will not be completed. You can get your Certificate of Residence from the following link: https://turkiye.gov.tr/nvi-yerlesim-yeri-ve-diger-adres-belgesi-sorgulama

After adding your address document, you can complete your verification process by filling out the Customer Identification Form.
