You can follow the steps below to safely transfer your Turkish Lira (TRY) balance in your Arbitex account to your personal bank account:
Important Information: In order to carry out your Turkish Lira (TRY) withdrawal transactions securely, your account must be at least at Level 2 status (Identity verification, address approval, and video call steps must be completed).
Transactions Via the Website
Go to the Arbitex homepage and click on the "Wallet" section located in the top menu.
Go to the "Withdraw" tab from the left menu on the page that opens.
If there is a bank account you have previously saved, continue your transaction by selecting the account you will withdraw to from among your registered addresses.
If you do not have a defined bank account in the system, add a new account (IBAN and Title information) to which you will make the withdrawal by clicking on the "Add Bank Account" button.
Complete your transfer request by entering the bank you wish to perform the transfer to and the amount you wish to withdraw.
Transactions Via the Mobile Application
Tap on the "Wallet" tab located in the bottom menu of the application.
Click on the "Withdraw" button located at the top of the screen that opens and select Fiat/TRY as the currency.
If you do not have a previously registered bank account, define your new transfer information to the system by clicking on the "Add Bank" button.
Complete your transfer request by entering the bank and the amount you wish to withdraw.
Important Note: In order for your withdrawal transactions to be completed smoothly, the bank account to which you will perform the transfer must strictly be registered in the name of the Arbitex account holder. Withdrawing to bank accounts belonging to third parties is not possible due to security protocols.
