You can follow the steps below to perform the transaction:
Transactions Via the Website
Go to the "Log In" screen on the Arbitex.com homepage and click on the "Forgot Password" button located at the bottom.
Proceed by entering the e-mail address or phone number registered to your account.
During the security verification stage, click on the "Request Code" button and enter the one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your contact information into the relevant fields.
On the password generation screen that opens, create a strong and unique new password for your account security, enter it twice, and complete the process by clicking the "Confirm and Log In" button.
Transactions Via the Mobile Application
Tap on the "Forgot Password" option located on the login screen of the Arbitex mobile application.
Type the e-mail address or phone number defined to your account into the screen that opens.
After determining your new password, finalize the password renewal process by completing the security verification steps sent to your SMS and e-mail address.
⚠️ Important Security Restriction (24 Hours): In order to protect your account security at the highest level and prevent potential malicious attempts; following the password reset process, crypto asset withdrawal transactions to be made from your account will be temporarily restricted for 24 hours. At the end of the 24 hours, your withdrawal transactions will automatically become active again.
