If you do not remember the e-mail address defined to your Arbitex account, you must update your e-mail address in order to regain access to your account. In accordance with our security protocols, this process is subject to a manual review.

Identity Photo with Petition (Selfie): After writing the sample text below on a blank piece of paper and signing it, you need to take and submit a selfie photo where your face, your identity card, and the petition you wrote are clearly and legibly visible in the same frame.

* Certificate of Residence: You must attach your official certificate of residence with a barcode and QR code, obtained through e-Government (e-Devlet) within the last 1 month, in PDF format.
