If you wish to change the phone number registered to your Arbitex account or update a number you no longer have access to, this transaction is carried out via manual review for the purpose of protecting your account security.

To submit your request, you can prepare the following information and documents completely and send them to the info@arbitex.com e-mail address, or forward them to us via the Contact Form on our website.

• Identity Photo with Petition (Selfie): After writing the sample text below on a blank piece of paper and signing it, you need to take a selfie photo where your face, your identity card, and the petition you wrote are clearly and legibly visible in the same frame (just like the layout in the sample image you uploaded).
