The Platform aims to protect transaction security and market integrity in the event of economic, political, technological, or systemic events that may cause sudden and unexpected fluctuations in market prices, as well as the occurrence of extraordinary situations such as a lack of liquidity in the market, suspension of trading, technical failures affecting the functioning of the platform, cyberattacks, or natural disasters. In such cases, measures including, but not limited to, the temporary suspension of order acceptance, suspension of order execution processes, restriction of transfers, and intervention in market orders may be implemented by the Platform. In the event of extraordinary situations, users are informed via our website or other communication channels. All transaction records regarding the extraordinary situation are archived in accordance with the legislation.

Our Platform takes all necessary technical and administrative measures in order to continue offering a fair, transparent, and secure trading environment under extraordinary conditions, and accepts protecting the rights and interests of users as a primary responsibility.

Our Platform has completed the tests for the integration process with the Central Registry Agency (MKK), and when the MKK integration is finalized in line with the relevant legal regulations, users will be able to view information regarding their assets and perform balance inquiries via MKK's E-Investor (E-Yatırımcı) application. The information on our Website will be updated in this regard in line with the regulations of the MKK and the Board.
