Click the 'Forgot Password' button on the 'Sign In" screen on Arbitex.com. Then enter your e-mail or cell phone information, whichever you prefer. The OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to you based on your registered details. To receive the OTP code, you must click on the "Send code" button. After you have entered all the OTP codes sent, you should click on the 'Next" button. To set your new password, you need to enter your new password twice and click on the 'Confirm and log in' button. Once you have completed all the steps, your Arbitex login password will be updated.

Mobile application;

You can reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' button on the login screen of the Arbitex mobile application. After entering your phone number or e-mail address on the screen that opens, you can set your new password and complete your transaction after completing the SMS and e-mail verification steps.

After the password change, your cryptocurrency withdrawal requests will be restricted for 24 hours to ensure the security of your account.
