Email Address Update

You can update your e-mail address registered in your Arbitex account by clicking the edit button at https://www.arbitex.com/account. After typing the e-mail address you want to update, you can verify it by clicking the "Request Code" button. In the verification phase, you must enter the verification codes sent to both your old and new e-mail addresses.

If you do not have access to your e-mail address registered in the system, you can send the following information and documents to info@arbitex.com e-mail address to update your e-mail address or send us your request by filling out the form at https://www.arbitex.com/iletisim  section.

Selfie document with petition: After writing a petition as stated in the sample petition text, you must hold your petition and ID and upload your selfie photo in which your petition, ID and face are clearly visible.

Sample petition text:

Attention Arbitex Support Team;

I request that my [Registered E-Mail Address] e-mail address registered on Arbitex be updated with [New E-Mail Address].

Residence Certificate: You must upload a barcoded and current-dated residence document obtained via e-government.
