Phone Number Update

In order to update your phone number registered to your Arbitex account, you can send the following information and documents to the e-mail address info@arbitex.com or send us your request by filling out the form at https://www.arbitex.com/iletisim section.

Selfie document with petition: After writing a petition as stated in the sample petition text, you must hold your petition and ID and upload your selfie photo in which your petition, ID and face are clearly visible.

Residence Certificate: You must upload a barcoded and current-dated residence document obtained via e-government.
