Name-Surname Update

You can update the name or surname information in your Arbitex account by sending the following information and documents to info@arbitex.com or by filling out the form in the " www.arbitex.com/iletisim  " section and sending your request to us.

Selfie document with petition: After writing a petition as described in the sample petition text, you need to upload your petition and hold your ID, uploading a selfie photo where your petition, ID, and face are clearly visible.

Sample petition text:

To the Attention of Arbitex Support Team;

I request that the account information opened with the email address xxx@yyy.com on Arbitex be updated with the [NEW NAME/SURNAME].

Residence Certificate: You must upload a barcoded and up-to-date residence document obtained via e-government.
