I have a balance but I can't sell, what can I do?

The Total value field that you see in the Wallet step represents your total balance.

If you have an open order on your account, your balance will be temporarily blocked for the amount of the order and the order amount will be deducted from your available balance. If you wish to use your credit, you must first cancel your open order. Once your credit has been unblocked, you can continue your transactions.

On the "Wallet" page, you can see the currency, the balance, the available credit and the amount corresponding to the USD value.

You will also find a graph showing the ratio between your assets and your total balance in the "My assets" field on the "Wallet" screen.

You can view your open order by following the steps "Buy-Sell> Open Order" or Orders> Open Orders" and cancel it by clicking on the "Cross(X)" icon.
